Located in the heart of Circle Square, Symphony Park is the first and largest new city park in Manchester for generations. With over 100 semi-mature trees, 1000’s of flowers, plants and shrubs to be grown, Symphony Park is a welcome addition to the green spaces on Oxford Road Corridor. As Circle Square opens up over the coming months, the park will be surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and cafés, it’s two distinct tired “stands” make for a unique place to unwind in the city.
We are looking forward to seeing this rare and valuable green space in Manchester developing into a place where people can relax, shop and play. The ambition for the space to be activated all year round, hosting bespoke events from live music to yoga, theatre to pop-up food markets. Symphony Park will provide the perfect place to bring together communities and culture within a flexible and vibrant space.
