Rio-Mex is a Brazilian-Mexican street food fusion by Great British Menu chef Caroline Martins.
Rio-Mex was inspired by Brazilian chef Caroline’s time living in Texas. It combines her love of Brazilian and Tex-Mex food!
You will find Brazilian cocktails and snacks known as ‘salgadinhos’, traditionally served in Rio de Janeiro pubs (botecos), as well as delicious tacos and nachos.
Their tacos are made from yellow corn meal and blue corn meal, therefore natural and gluten-free! Toppings vary from Chilli Con Carne and deep-fried cod to vegan halloumi.
