Found within The University of Manchester’s Students Union, Corridor Coffee Co is a handy spot for a caffeine refuel. Open to everyone, not just students, Corridor Coffee Co serve up a range of hot drinks and are proud to serve its own blend of freshly-ground coffee. There is a range of light lunches, pastries and cakes available too, making it an ideal choice between lectures or meetings.
Inspired by Manchester’s cafe culture, Corridor Coffee Co has a minimalist yet comfortable aesthetic. They take their name from, well, us! The coffee shop is within the campus of The University of Manchester, an Oxford Road Corridor partner and a space which is at the heart of Manchester’s innovation district. As a not-for-proﬁt enterprise, all their proﬁts go back to the Students Union to fund their work improving student life in Manchester.
The ethos of the coffee shop is “simplicity, sustainability and quality” and there is a focus on ethically sourced produce, with their house blend coffee made using 100% Arabica beans, sourced from Fairtrade farmers in Colombia and Costa Rica, roasted locally, and ground in-house.
