Circle Square is an exciting multi-million pound, mixed-use neighbourhood, created on the site of the former BBC building on Oxford Road.
Circle Square offers a mix of commercial office buildings and workspaces, shops, restaurants, bars student alongside private rented accommodation, hotels and a multi-storey car park. At its heart lies Symphony Park, a large new public green space, with trees, lawns and terraces forming a natural amphitheatre for cultural events.
Expect this new neighbourhood to quickly become one of Manchester’s most vital locations for food and drink with all retailers either independent or firsts for the city. Complimenting this will be a programme of events that will cement the new neighbourhood as one of Manchester and the Oxford Road Corridor’s star attractions.
The project is a joint venture between Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group. Bruntwood SciTech’s vision of promoting businesses in the science and technology sector partnered with Vita Group’s mission of creating accessible city-centre accommodation is making Circle Square an interesting, vibrant and inclusive addition to the Oxford Road Corridor.
