Bondi Bowls

Bondi Bowls is an Australian themed salad-bowl restaurant with the emphasis on good vibes and good food. Owner Jamie has travelled the world working in a variety of kitchens, but it was in Sydney that he had his eureka moment: to create fast food that’s also healthy, with no compromise on flavour and intensity. 

Jamie has brought this winning idea to HATCH, along with a positive and friendly atmosphere which has made Bondi Bowls very popular very quickly, with firm fans including the BBC’s Gabbi Logan. 

Popular salads bowls include the Indian, which features spiced cauliflower, chickpeas, spinach, sweet potato, coriander, red onion, coconut, pomegranate and almonds. As you can see it’s about getting as much flavour and goodness into each bowl as possible. Another popular option is the Fire Soup, which bursts with carrot, ginger, paprika, cumin and lime, coriander, spiced coconut, gluten-free croutons, roquito peppers and smoked chilli.
