Blackwell’s Bookshop

Blackwell’s Bookshop, located in a beautiful glass-fronted building on University Green, Oxford Road, is one of the chain of bookshops belonging to the prestigious Blackwell’s Group of academic booksellers, which was established in Oxford in 1879.

At Blackwell’s you will find academic works, fiction, non-fiction, poetry and children’s books, in short everything the discerning reader or student could desire, all expertly curated by their team of booksellers. On the second floor, there is also a Caffe Nero, where you can enjoy a drink and a snack.

Blackwell’s are a supporter of literary events in Manchester, and the shop hosts regular events.
