Circle Square is a 4 hectares site located on the former BBC site on Oxford Road alongside the Manchester Technology Centre. Already home to leading global tech firms and fast growing start-ups, Bruntwood SciTech is expanding Circle Square on 0.96 hectare of underdeveloped land with No. 3 Circle Square, a new 347,000 sq ft office building and tech hub, which has the potential to create 1,400 new jobs. ID Manchester is located immediately to the east of Circle Square, creating new exciting opportunities to foster linkages and connections between the two developments creating a much larger ecosystem of commercially-led mixed use development within the wider Oxford Road Corridor footprint.
