Part of Queer Contact

peach chutney at contact

Join The Bitten Peach at Contact in celebrating South Asian excellence with PEACH CHUTNEY! – The Bitten Peach’s official South Asian troupe of cabaret performers. Come and sing along to the classics, dance to your heart’s content and witness the best of cabaret from incredible South Asian performers. With just the right Dosa camp fun and a Bangra of a night, trust us you won’t be Sari.

Peach Chutney is born from The Bitten Peach. The UK’s only gender-diverse Pan-Asian cabaret collective, whose mission is to empower the queer Asian community by providing safe spaces, diversifying Asian representation, and educating non-Asians on racial issues.

They seek to unite Asian diasporic communities, as our members represent East, Southeast, and South Asia. Regardless of borders and nationality, we are a collective and a family presenting an image of a united Asia. As a Pan-Asian family, they are creating and exploring concepts of Asian Futurism.
