Suffragette City returns to YES in 2026, inviting people of all genders to come together in support of female and non-binary communities through music and dance.
The event features a lineup of all-female DJs, with a focus on fundraising and awareness-raising alongside the music. Suffragette City operates as a not-for-profit event: DJs donate their time, promoters, volunteers and door staff work unpaid, and the venue hosts the event at no cost. As a result, all profits from ticket sales and merchandise are donated to charity.
Since its first event in 2018, Suffragette City has raised over £42,000 to support vulnerable women and gender minorities. In 2026, the event will once again support charities delivering essential services across Greater Manchester.
