Sterling Elliott and Joseph Havlat at RNCM
Titilayo Ayangade

Acclaimed for his stellar stage presence and joyous musicianship, cellist Sterling Elliott may still be in his mid-20s, but he has already collaborated with many of the world’s leading orchestras and appeared in renowned concert halls across the globe.

This intimate chamber recital showcases his strikingly mature interpretations, combining technical brilliance with a rich and natural lyricism.

His accolades are many – among them an Avery Fisher Career Grant in 2021 and first prize in the Senior Division of the 2019 National Sphinx Competition. His appearance at RNCM is presented in partnership with BBC Radio 3’s New Generation Artists scheme, through which RNCM and BBC Radio 3 collaborate to showcase exceptional emerging talent.
