Stereolab return to Manchester as part of their highly anticipated world tour, bringing their signature blend of avant-pop and experimental rock to The Ritz. Following a run of dates across Europe and North America, the band will take the stage with their unmistakable sound, featuring hypnotic rhythms, lush harmonies, and vintage synth textures.
Formed in London in 1990 by Tim Gane and Laetitia Sadier, Stereolab became pioneers of the underground music scene, blending krautrock, lounge, and electronic influences with politically charged lyrics. Their experimental yet melodic approach led to widespread critical acclaim, with albums like Emperor Tomato Ketchup and Dots and Loops cementing their cult status.
Coinciding with the tour, Stereolab are reissuing seven of their most beloved albums in newly remastered double-disc editions. Fans can expect a night filled with cult classics and deep cuts alike.
