Stephen Hough (piano) at Royal Northern College of Music

Stephen Hough is one of the most distinctive artists of his generation. An RNCM alumnus who was knighted in the Queen’s Birthday Honours, he enjoys an illustrious career as a pianist, composer and writer. 

This season, Royal Northern College of Music is thrilled to welcome Stephen back to his alma mater as an Artist-in-Residence. Through workshops, teaching and performance, Stephen will work closely with our students during the college anniversary year, giving them invaluable insight into his career as a leading UK musician. 

In the second event of his residency, Stephen joins us for an exciting evening of solo piano music.
