Rival Consoles at Gorilla

Rival Consoles returns to Gorilla with a brand-new audio-visual live show, celebrating his latest album Landscape from Memory.

London-based producer Ryan Lee West, who performs under the moniker Rival Consoles, has built an eighteen-year career creating electronic music that is both atmospheric and deeply human. Known for making synthesizers sound organic, his work has evolved from the challenging textures of his early EPs to the conceptual, immersive compositions of his full-length albums.

Released in July 2025 on Erased Tapes, Landscape from Memory marks the latest stage of West’s ongoing exploration of sound, memory, and emotional resonance. The live show transforms the album into an immersive performance, combining new and archival material from across his career with real-time visuals co-created by Sky Ainsbury. From expansive ambient passages to his distinct take on techno, the set promises a long-form narrative of ideas, much of it presented live for the first time.

This Gorilla date offers fans a chance to experience Rival Consoles’ music in its most complete form, where sound, light, and motion merge into a captivating, multi-sensory journey that spans fifteen years of innovation in electronic music.
