Manchester Digital’s Tech Leader Talks allows senior leaders in large-scale digital and tech businesses here in the North West to come together with other C-Level individuals to network, share best practices and make new connections.

This event will be in the format of a breakfast networking session followed by a Q&A. The morning will include a light breakfast for all attendees, refreshments and an Industry Insight session.

This event will also be a Female lineup to support International Women’s Day 2024, featuring:

Chi Chi, Founder and CEO of Attendist LTD

Chi-chi Ekweozor is a software engineer and founder of the leads generation platform Attendist. Attendist lets you make a personalised offer to each warm prospect that attended after your online meeting ends, meaning you close leads faster and make more sales. Since 2019, she has been running the Female Tech Founder community which provides a safe space for female founders and women working in tech to share their journeys and inspire one another.

Alison, Chief People & Operations Director at Auto Trader

Working closely with Chris, Auto Trader’s Technology director, Alison co-leads the Platform and Operations teams who count among their responsibilities ensuring the reliability and scalability of the infrastructure and the provision of data, systems and operational support to b2b customers.

Alison also helps shape the progressive culture and environment at Auto Trader, ensuring the attraction, development and retention of a talented, engaged and diverse workforce is second to none in the industry. Alison serves as the chair of Manchester Digital, the independent trade association for the thriving digital sector in the North West of England. Alison was also named ‘Woman of the Year’ in 2017 at the Women in IT Awards.

Jess McKenna, Head of Product Design and Research at BT

Jess is passionate about designing experiences to make people healthier and happier. As well as leading the Product Design team at Push Doctor, a fast-growing Health Tech start-up offering online appointments for private and NHS patients, Jess is now in her second health tech start-up venture leading the design and research function for Etc. Health, which is being built within BT Group’s Etc start-up incubator. Her current focus is designing experiences that motivate and encourage people to take preventative approaches to manage their health, ensuring we live as healthily as we can, for as long as possible. Before these experiences, Jess honed her skills with over 15 years of design experience taking in best practices across a variety of industries including fashion, travel and finance.
