Manchester Art Fair

One of the UK’s most ambitious art fairs, Manchester Art Fair, returns to Manchester Central this November.

Selling modern & contemporary paintings, sculpture, photography and editioned prints from a selection of UK and international galleries and artists, the acclaimed event is a key date in the city’s diary, attracting visitors from across Europe and beyond.

A programme of engaging events, workshops, children’s activities and an impressive café further adds to the event’s appeal.

Taking place alongside Manchester Art Fair, The Manchester Contemporary showcases the strength of the UK’s regional artists and galleries. The Manchester Contemporary provides a critically engaged environment for artistic exploration and development.

The Art Fair is a uniquely diverse mix of acclaimed galleries and independent artists, with a rich programme of artist talks, panel discussions, performances and installations.

The weekend blurs the boundaries between the traditional and the contemporary, creating a friendly, unpretentious and quintessentially Northern art-buying experience.
