Jehnny Beth at YES

Jehnny Beth brings her recent album You Heartbreaker, You to The Pink Room at YES as part of her upcoming Europe and UK tour. The Manchester date follows the release of her second solo LP, which arrived in August and draws on post-punk and alternative rock influences.

Beth first became known as the frontwoman of Savages, the Mercury Prize–nominated post-punk group noted for its distinctive sound and intense live presence. Her solo debut To Love Is To Live (2020) marked the beginning of her work as a solo artist, alongside a growing portfolio of collaborations with acts including Idles, Gorillaz, Sextile and Bobby Gillespie.

In parallel with her music, Beth has developed a substantial acting career, appearing in Jacques Audiard’s Paris, 13th District and Justine Triet’s Palme d’Or and Oscar-winning Anatomy of a Fall. She has also continued extensive live work, performing with IDLES, touring Europe with Depeche Mode and joining Queens of the Stone Age across the U.S. These experiences informed the creation of You Heartbreaker, You, developed with longtime collaborator Johnny Hostile.

The tour begins in Saint-Malo on 6 March, with stops in Paris, London, Zagreb, Madrid and additional cities before reaching Manchester.
