The cultural sector has the power to question and challenge traditional narratives and build a brighter future for local communities.

Join an event co-created by Pinc College – a specialist college for neuro-diverse young people and one of our Top Floor partners – that explores the potential of the creative and cultural sector to create new pathways for an inclusive workforce.
Hear from the Manchester Museum team about our pioneering approach, see how students work, develop and grow careers within the space, and experience inclusive new galleries.

Alfie Bowen will also be speaking at this event. Alfie is an artists, author and activist who works with charities to raise awareness for autism and wildlife. He says: “After many years of social exclusion as a result of my autism, I have finally found my calling. I am a dream, I am living my dream.”

This event is for educators and parents who are interested in the future of the workforce.
