Heir at The Deaf Institute
Following their sold-out show at YES Basement, Yorkshire pop band Heir is heading back to Manchester this Spring armed with a new EP.
With recent releases championed by Radio 2’s Jo Whiley and a buzz from an unforgettable session at the legendary Abbey Road studios, Heir are on their way up. They recently dropped their single, One Way Out, with the initial recording under the auspices of Ken Scott (David Bowie, The Beatles, Elton John) providing the bedrock, the yacht-pop quintet returned home to Yorkshire to hone what became a slick-sounding retro pop track – and one which proudly wears its influences on its sleeve.
