This event explores how co-creation is driving innovation across the creative industries, bringing together academics and industry experts for a forward-looking dialogue.

Creative companies are increasingly embracing co-creation to foster deeper audience engagement, develop socially and environmentally responsive solutions, and explore new ways of working with emerging technologies.

Attendees will hear from a diverse panel of experts reflecting on the current state of co-creation and will have the opportunity to contribute to shaping the co-creation agenda. Through panel discussions and short talks, the event will cover best practices, common barriers, strategies to scale co-creation, and opportunities to tackle complex creative and commercial challenges responsibly.

The session will be chaired and moderated by Dr Marianna Rolbina and Dr Tonny Kukeera from the University of Manchester, and has been made possible with support from the Manchester Institute of Innovation Research (MIOIR).
