Bodega return to the Corridor for the first time since their standout set at Manchester Psych Fest 2023, bringing their sardonic, post-post-punk energy to The Pink Room at YES.
The Brooklyn outfit’s latest release Our Brand Could Be Yr Life reimagines material from their early Bodega Bay days, offering sharp cultural critiques wrapped in angular hooks and taut, danceable rhythms. Produced by Ben Hozie and mixed by Adam Sachs, the album combines scrappy urgency with studio polish — a director’s cut of sorts from a band known for fusing lo-fi ethos with art-rock ambition.
Expect a live set full of snappy wit, indie disco energy, and enough philosophical side-eye to keep your brain buzzing between the beats. With lead vocals from both Hozie and Nikki Belfiglio and a tight rhythm section, Bodega continue to balance movement with meaning in all the best ways.
