Behind Closed Doors is a solo photographic exhibition featuring life in a Greater Manchester intensive care unit at the height of the Covid-19 pandemic. The photographs were taken by passionate photographer, Petro Bekker who volunteered to go back and work in the Intensive Care Unit at the beginning of the pandemic. Special mention to the rest of the Wigan, Wrightington and Leigh Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation team who feature in the photographs.

The exhibition takes place in the lower ground floor exhibition space of Manchester Central Library and is being organised by Greater Manchester’s Mental Wellbeing Charity, MancSpirit.
