Bath Bombs Comedy Club is a brand new night of live comedy at Victoria Baths featuring an impressive line-up of acts including Seann Walsh, Fern Brady and Felicity Ward in a night compared by Manchester’s very own James Meehan.
Seann Walsh has been described by The Guardian as ‘the best observational comedian of his generation and is an Edinburgh Award nominee. Walsh has starred in Netflix’s Flinch, Live At The Apollo, Tonight at The London Palladium, Celebrity Juice, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Chatty Man and is a regular guest on The Jonathan Ross Show.
Fern Brady is known as a fearless stand up with caustic wit, exceptional writing and electric stagecraft. You may have seen Brady on Live from the BBC, Live from the Comedy Store, The Russell Howard Hour and Live at the Apollo.
Felicity Ward is a multi-award-winning comedian, actor and writer who has toured sell-out shows across the world. Ward smashed through a sold-out Edinburgh Fringe Festival season in her brand new show ‘Felicity Ward: Busting a Nut’, which was nominated for the most prestigious Best Comedy award at Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
James Meehan is a Manchester favourite and hailed as “this city’s best comic” by Manchester Wire. Meehan has an aloof and nonchalant style that sets him apart from his contemporaries and he’s garnered dozens of rave reviews. An Edinburgh Panel Prize winner, James has travelled the world with his stand-up as well as appearing on multiple TV and Radio shows
This is the inaugural Bath Bombs Comedy Club and we hope it will become a regular event The Baths.
