This includes Manchester Science Park, which houses over 150 high value knowledge driven businesses, Manchester Technology Centre which provides tech incubator spaces to enable entrepreneurs to connect, collaborate and grow their business, and Citylabs which is home to a globally-leading genomics and precision medicine campus for innovation, translational science and molecular diagnostics.
The Oxford Road Corridor Enterprise Zone covers the science park and Citylabs sites. Businesses locating there can benefit from up to five years business rate relief in addition to support services and incentives.
